Incidental loss to be covered now while giving relief to consumers   Commercial or Economic loss, including direct, incidental or consequential damages shall also be paid now with actual loss

Assistance of experts shall be available to National Commission or State Commission when it involves the larger interest of Consumers

State Commission & District Commission will have power to review their own order within thirty day from the order. National commission already enjoys this power

 Consumer Mediation Cell is to be established for the purpose of monitoring the functioning of all the commissions and to redress the grievances against Presidents &Members of the commissions Establishment

Evidence through direct hearing

Hearing or examination of parties shall be granted where sufficient cause is shown and reason is recorded in writing.

Finality of order

Order of the commission shall be considered final if appeal not preferred within 30 days from the date of order.
