As per our plan to inform the public at large about the legal provisions under  the Consumer Protection Act ,1986 and the laws laid down by the apex court through its various judgments pronounced from time to time ,public at large is requested to send their queries by post or by video recordings which shall be replied by our expert through Q &A  column and incase query received in video form ,shall be replied through video in continuation to their question and this shall be uploaded on our web/U-Tube  to facilitate the viewer with similar questions in mind .
